Our offer
We accompany the entire life cycle of a chemical production plant ‘from birth to end of life’. During ongoing plant operation or revisions, we use a variety of non-destructive testing methods, such as radiographic testing, ultrasonic 'phased array' measurement technology and endoscopy. Materials testing personnel are certified to ISO 9712 (Level I-III) and are therefore ideally qualified to identify material irregularities on time . The employees deal with materials engineering issues in an environment accredited to the strict quality requirements of ISO 17025. Materials Engineering is also the central contact at Evonik in case of failure. In the laboratory in Marl, an experienced team of engineers, experts and technicians is on hand to further clarify cases of damage.
